Ticket Delivery Information
Please note that some of our tickets need to be printed before boarding - please find a list of the different ticket types below, along with important ticket delivery information:
Single, Return and Nightrider tickets
We will send a PDF to you in an email. Please print the PDF as your proof of purchase and exchange it for a ticket with your driver
Tube 12, Tube passes of 1 week or more - Paper
We will send your tickets to you in the post within 24 hours of receiving your booking
Tube 12, Tube passes of 1 week or more - Smartcards
We will either send you a new card to you in the post within 24 hours of receiving your booking or add the ticket to your existing Smartcard within 48 hours.
If you do not have the facilities to print your ticket at home, tickets can also be purchased using the follow methods:
From ther driver on the day of travel by cash or contactless (up to £30) (singles, returns, Tube 12 and 1 to 4 week tickets only).
On the Oxford Tube Mobile Tickets App (
singles, returns, Tube 12 and 1 week tickets).
From a ticket seller at selected times.
